What is included
- 5,000 accepted recipient sends per UTC calendar month, shared across every project, API key and domain in a workspace.
- Unlimited connected sending domains. Each sender domain must pass verification; adding domains does not multiply the quota.
- No RavenRelay daily sending quota. API rate limits and the underlying provider’s sending limits still apply.
- No added RavenRelay branding in your email body. Send your own content and From identity.
- Delivery logs, signed webhooks, scoped keys and workspace-wide recipient suppressions.
How usage is counted
Each accepted To, CC and BCC recipient counts toward monthly usage. Production and real development sends share the workspace allowance. Suppressed requests and idempotent replays do not add monthly usage. The allowance resets at the start of the next UTC month; exceeding it returns quota_exceeded rather than silently accepting more sends.
Development and production
Development keys deliver only to exact verified recipient domains connected to the same project, including every CC and BCC address. Each development key allows 15 accepted requests per 60-second window and 1,000 accepted recipient sends per UTC month, within the shared workspace allowance. Production sending requires workspace activation by an administrator. Production keys allow 100 accepted requests per second, with a shared workspace limit of 200 per second.
